These invitations were created for a ramen party and designed as interactive pop-up pieces using custom paper engineering mechanics. I designed and assembled each invitation by hand, focusing on movement, structure, and surprise to reflect the playful, communal spirit of the event. The pop-up format transforms the invitation into an object rather than a flat graphic, encouraging engagement before the event even begins. Through experimentation with folding, cutting, and assembly, this project explores how paper engineering and tactile design can enhance communication, storytelling, and shared experiences.
